Customer Support Representative

Location: San Jose & Bengaluru

Job Summary

We are looking for customer support representatives with at least five years of experience in assisting customers of SaaS enterprise networking solutions.


  • Handle customer requests, questions, and complaints on a variety of support channels (phone, email, online chat)
  • Keep track of customer expectations and recurring issues
  • Identify potential up-sell or cross-sell opportunities with existing customers
  • Build a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship between customers and our brand
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with U.S. counterparts


  • A demonstrable background in customer support, with references
  • Knowledge of enterprise networking technology
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • A positive, empathetic approach to working with customers
