Customer Support Representative
Location: San Jose & Bengaluru
Job Summary
We are looking for customer support representatives with at least five years of experience in assisting customers of SaaS enterprise networking solutions.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer requests, questions, and complaints on a variety of support channels (phone, email, online chat)
- Keep track of customer expectations and recurring issues
- Identify potential up-sell or cross-sell opportunities with existing customers
- Build a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship between customers and our brand
- Work in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with U.S. counterparts
Requirements
- A demonstrable background in customer support, with references
- Knowledge of enterprise networking technology
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- A positive, empathetic approach to working with customers
