Customer Support Representative
Location: (San Jose & Bengaluru)
We are looking for customer support representatives with at least 5 years of experience in assisting customers of a SaaS enterprise networking solution.
- Handle customer requests, questions, and complaints on a variety of support channels (phone, email, online chat).
- Keep track of customer expectations and recurring issues.
- Identify potential up-sell or cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.
- Build a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship between customers and our brand.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with US counterparts.
- A demonstrable background in customer support, with references.
- Knowledge of enterprise networking technology.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive, empathetic approach to working with customers.
