Customer Support Representative

Location: (San Jose & Bengaluru)

Job Summary

We are looking for customer support representatives with at least 5 years of experience in assisting customers of a SaaS enterprise networking solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer requests, questions, and complaints on a variety of support channels (phone, email, online chat).
  • Keep track of customer expectations and recurring issues.
  • Identify potential up-sell or cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.
  • Build a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship between customers and our brand.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with US counterparts.

Requirements:

  • A demonstrable background in customer support, with references.
  • Knowledge of enterprise networking technology.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • A positive, empathetic approach to working with customers.
